Refund policy
At LunchNest, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
Eligible items must be unused, clean, and returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or unauthorized modifications may not qualify.
